→ You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
→ If 30 days have passed since your delivery → we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return → the item must be in the same condition that you received it → unused → in its original packaging → and in resellable condition.
Returns are accepted for:

3. How to Start a Return

Provide Details
→ Please include your order number → the reason for the return → and supporting photos if the item is damaged.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

→ Once we receive and inspect your return → we will notify you of the approval status.
Approval
→ If approved → your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing
→ Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
